orgo Piana Crixia. This historic village house is a typical example of a little residence in a medieval village. The Borgo of Piana Crixia is the oldest part of the village and is situated at about 1 km distance from the village center. Piana Crixia is situated exactly on the border between Ligure and Piedmont (35 km inland from the Mediterranean) beside a regional park with streams and rolling hills up to 600 m high. The tranquillity guarantees a pleasant stay for nature lovers. In Piana Crixia  there are several restaurants, some general food stores, a butcher, a baker, post office and a pharmacy. Furthermore cultural cities, famous wine-growing regions, ski possibilities and - not to forget - the attractive Italian Riviera are easily reachable.

orgo our historic village house is furnished for 2 persons and has its own little parking place (behind the cottage), a little garden with panoramic view, a front garden and the cottage itself with a balcony and a little terrace. There is a bedroom and bathroom on the groundfloor and on the first floor a sitting room and a kitchen. The cottage is tastefully and completely furnishedt. The borgo has central (floor)heating. Included in the rent is free use of the (heated) swimmingpool of 5x12 m with poolhouse at Pian del Nasso (5 km distance).

Reservations, payment, arrival
1/3 deposit at booking, the remaining amount must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. 

If there is a cancellation  up to 6 weeks before arrival the deposit will be refunded.

If cancellation after 6 weeks before arrival the deposit will be charged.

The shortening of your stay during your stay is seen as a partial cancellation, the rental price includes the originally booked period.

Arrival: from 15:00. Departure until 10.00 hours

 

Use of swimming pool
The pool is 1.40 meters deep and therefore not child friendly. There is no ongoing monitoring and guests are therefore responsible for themselves and their minors.
